This is our most in depth service, perfect after a hard season’s riding or for general workhorse bikes. Your bike will get completely stripped back to the frame to ensure that every component can be thoroughly inspected. As a result you will be assured with your bike looking and performing like-new.

• Complete drivetrain removal including jockey wheels & full degrease. On top of this, we will offer you the option to have your chain ultrasonically deep cleaned and lubricated via MUC-OFF's High-Performance Ultrasonic Chain Cleaning process for an additional £25
• Wheels are inspected for misalignment & trued / tensioned if required.
• Hubs, headset & bottom bracket inspected & fully serviced if required.
• Brake systems are fully inspected & hydraulic systems are fully bled if required.
• Gear systems are fully inspected including mech hanger alignment & firmware updates if required.
• All torques are fully checked in line with manufacturers guidelines.

(Please note if your bike has integrated handlebar routed cables it will incur a £50 labour charge)

This is where we start to strip your bike down and replace parts if needed, if you ride regularly. We recommend a Silver Service twice a year.

This is like an MOT for your bicycle or a quick safety check which is ideal for infrequently used bikes or fairly new ones. Ideal for minor adjustments or pre-race check. Gears and brakes adjusted and set up. All torques checked.

• Wheels are inspected for misalignment - check condition of spokes, rim and tyres.
• Drivechain is inspected for general wear - check condition of chain, chainrings and jockey wheels.
• Gears are inspected for overall functionality - adjust cable tension and limit screws.
• Brake systems are inspected for functionality and cleaned to remove any contamination - check condition of pads, blocks and discs.
• Headset adjusted to remove any play.
• All torques are fully checked in line with manufacturers guidelines.
• Report any obvious defects.
