These sessions are designed to give you the confidence to keep your bike working through winter and to safety-check problems before they worsen. You’ll learn how to spot those niggles before they damage other components. We run through the best ways to clean and care for your bike. We’ll cover roadside fixes including booting a tyre, replacing a tube quickly and what to do if a cable snaps whilst out riding. We also cover basic brake and gear adjustment before finally showing you how to adjust a headset.
